Hello Jon,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding our Eating Rite Muesli cereal at your local Safeway stores. You can try requesting this item on our product suggestion page found here: http://www.safeway.com/IFL/Grocery/Product-Suggestions#iframetop

Hello Safeway Community:

They need to make the refreshe natural soda have 0 calories.

They can do this by eliminating cane sugar and increasing the stevia.

They still can make a profit by making the change.

Sincerely,

Jamal Fox

Bought some Refreshe because it appeared to be similar to some other flavored sparkling seltzer waters with 'natural flavors'.  I was dissappointed when I got home and found that it contained Aspertame which is certainly not a natural flavor.  I would encourage you to either offer a similar product without the artificial sweetener or make the packaging more boldly represent the Aspertame.

Is the refreshe sparkling flavored waters in the 20oz bottles discontinued? I can't seem to find them at any of my local Safeways anymore. I love them and would be super sad to see them go!

We’d be happy to look into this for you, Sarah! Please email us at safewaysocialmedia@safeway.com with the location of your local store.

The new refreshe bottle is impossible to open without spilling water all over everything...no matter how carefully you try, my husband and I both noticed it right away...you cannot twist off the cap without the bottle collapsing in your hand it's ridiculously flimsy...we do recycle and are all for less waste but unfortunately this design is terrible. We will not purchase them again...sorry.

Hi Michelle, we apologize for any inconvenience our Refreshe water bottles have caused you. We’ll be sure to share your comments with our Corporate Brands Team for their review. We appreciate your feedback!

I spent 45 minutes on hold to no effect.

I packed a Refreshe Zero Calorie Cola in my lunch this morning and forgot it in the car. On my way home this afternoon the can suddenly burst. Fortunately, I was at a really long stoplight, so I just got an unexpected shower.

As far as I can tell from looking at the exploded can, the glue on the top seal melted. It wasn't that hot out today, and suddenly I'm glad I was stuck in the turn lane from hell!

The box the can came in says "Use by Feb 08/13S8274", and I only bought the 12-pack a few days ago.

Hello, I would like to add my comments about the Refreshe bottled water to those above.  I buy water by the case for my office to serve to clients.  The plastic is so flimsy on the Refreshe bottles that water bursts out all over the desk and the clients when trying to open.  I have heard many complaints from others about the bottles as well.  Rest assured, I will no longer buy Refreshe.  Didn't the people in quality control notice this obvious defect before the bottles went to market?

Hello,

What has happened to your Refreshe Natural Soda? Why is it no longer on shelves? Has it been discontinued? This was an excellent product and I am very sad to not be able to find it anymore.

Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback, Sleebuss. We’ll be sure to forward your comments to our Consumer Brands Department for review. Have a great day :smileyhappy:

What has happened to your Refresh Natural soda???   I have been to every local Safeway store, and cannot find it on the shelves.  I absolutely love this soda, and it saves me from having to go to Whole Foods to find a soda that is all natural.  I really hope that you haven't discontinued this item.  Thank you.

by on ‎10-25-2012 01:21 PM

Hi Lisa, please email us at safewaysocialmedia@safeway.com with the store location you shop at. We'll be happy to look into this for you! :smileyhappy:

by on ‎12-05-2012 10:10 AM

Garry, Refreshe Cola is offered in a bottle with a red label and our Cream Soda is bottled with a blue label.  For further information, please email us at safewaysocialmedia@safeway.com.

Hi Lisa my last post doesn't seem to have gone through... refreshe cream soda is offered in a pink labeled bottle not a blue one ..... But it still doesn't answer my question what is the difference between refreshe Now Cola in a blue labeled bottle and refreshe cola in a red labeled bottle.... I know these are the color of the labels as I have purchased them from my local safeway store

by on ‎12-11-2012 09:47 AM

We’d be happy to look into this further, Garry. Can you please email us at safewaysocialmedia@safeway.com with the exact store location you’re referring to and some additional product details? We look forward to hearing from you!

I also wanted to add my comments about the Refreshe water bottles, they are ridiculous. They are really useful for people who do not wish to remain dry, or for those who long to be the butt of Airplane-era "drinking problem" jokes.

Has anyone done a cost-benefit analysis on the price of the amount of water that is spilled (thus wasted in the probably 99% of the cases where a thirsty pet or plant is not to hand) every time one of these bottles is opened, vs. the price of the extra plastic that would have been used to produce a water container that contains water?
