This summer my family and I traveled to Europe, and my wife had one of the best arugula salads I’ve ever tasted. It was so tasty with only a few ingredients: grilled tuna, olive oil and lemon juice. The simplicity of the salad brought out all of the natural flavors. Arugula is a spicy leaf that is known to have a “peppery-mustard” flavor, and for some people it can be rather intense in taste. It is actually considered an herb, and has quite the popularity in Mediterranean regions. I also love to have it on sandwiches and pizza. Try some arugula with your favorite Italian dish, and see how you like it. And please share some of your favorite Arugula recipes with us!

I buy individually frozen tilapia filets, and cook one up in a non-stick skillet with just a spoonful of the "O" brand chopped ginger that comes in a jar.  This ginger is actually a wet paste that includes sugar and oil.  It melts and sizzles, lubricating the pan and ends up as a tasty glaze on the fish. 

 

I'd like to know how many grams of carbohydrate and oil are in each tablespoon of the "O" ginger, so I can track it on my diet.  Can you help me find that out?
