I love that I found In-Kind recently at Safeway. I was surpised to see Safeway having such a wonderful product at the stock. How ever the selection was very limited very limited I wanted to buy more of your products in worry that the Safeway sorry I mean Randalls will stop caring it. I didn't see any shampoo's or anything like that just a few skin care products. Is there any way to get more of In-Kind products in my local Randalls?

By the way I love that you have skin care products for sensitive skin , I was very please with the daily lotion that you offer. It is very lighweight and exactly what I was looking for. I was wondering also do you have a body scrub or wash for acne?

Hi, I see a lot of repeat questions about animal testing (it's great to see how important it is to so many people) and
I appreciate your patience in answering this question over several times.  However, I am hoping you wouldn't mind being a little more specific.  There is a difference between brands that are not tested on animals and the statement 'This finished product not tested on animals'.  So, when it comes to In-Kind, which is it?  Also, is there a reason this great information isn't on the label?  This is a wonderful product.  It doesn't take a lot of lotion to feel the difference in my skin and it's a great price for a natural / cruelty free product!

Not only is the finished good not tested on animals, we also require that each and every raw material used to make the finished goods not be tested on animals. I've been searching for products that are not tested on animals. Even though Safeway is listed on PETA's "does not test on animals" list, you should ask PETA to list In-Kind as well, just so it is clear that your product line is cruelty-free. Looking forward to purchasing all of your products.

Hi... I need your help! I was recently in Maui. Bought the In-Kind Shampoo and Conditioner. I love it!!! My hair has not been this shiny and soft since I was a very young girl. Problem is... I live in Williston, TN and there are no Safeways around for hundreds of miles. I need to find someone who will ship me a case of each! Okay, so let me start by saying i'm not an affiliate of the brand or anything like that. I was starnded in the mntns on my birthday with some girlfriends and we didn;t have any face products. we went to safeway and grabbed a bunch of "in-kind" products on a whim........O.....M....G...

I have NEVER been so impressed with something. I have used everything from prescription washes to fancy expensive designer none-sense....i've also never been compelled to write a review. I am so impressed with the exfoliating facewash i litetrally want everyone to know how amazing it is. I have dry skin and have battled acne my whole life. as a model  this sucked big time. this facewash cleared my skin COMPLETELY.....and it is soft and vibrant....i am literally amazed.

so.....if you haven't tried these amazing products.....do it. your skin will thank you.

In Kind anti-aging eye cream is THE BEST AND ONLY eye cream with which I have been happy in decades.  Now, I can't find it in any Austin Randall's stores.  Please tell me it is not discontinued!!  Please tell me that my local store manager can order it for me!!  I have not found a better product at any price... I am quite serious.  I will buy as many jars as I can get.

So one day I gravitated to In-Kind's Hydracream facial wash (mainly because of the green tea extract), and fell in love! And had been using it for almost a year. It kept my face clear, soft, and clean! But now I've gone to 3 different cons and none of them have it anymore! Is it really gone?! I'm like devistated l0l! But is there anyway I can get a hold of anymore?

I absolutely LOVE your In-Kind products!! I just tried the night cream one, and it is AMAZING!! I always had a hard time to find a night cream appropiate for my skin and I am very happy that I find the perfect one. I also LOVE the lotion, shampoo and conditioner... Do you happen to have facial sunscreen as well?

I just found this product line in your stores and am very pleased with the product thus far.  I have started off on the Facial skin care.  Being vegan, I am always on the lookout for products that are good to my skin as well as do not contain any animal by-products.  Your products do say 'No animal derived ingredients' and this is true for most of the products, however the firming creams contain beeswax.  Vegans beware, even if it says No animal derived ingredients, always double check since some companies do not consider bees animals.

My teen son has OCD and washes his hands frequently throughout the day. He has been this way since elementary school. Because of it, his hands have been very red, rough and cracked. I have had him try every soap source available on the market and online. I was at my wits end and my poor son suffered through the day with very sore hands. I had taken him to doctors to see what he could use on his hands in the past. All they could suggest were different night moisturizers, which didn't do a thing to help him. One day while shopping at our local Pavilions store, a young male employee who appeared new, saw me reading the label on a new product. He asked if I needed help finding anything and I responded, "My son washes his hands much more than necessary and his hands are red and painfully rough and cracked." This young man whispered, "My family members have OCD and we have that problem." Oh my gosh! He told me he knew that InKind was all natural and I should give it a try. Well, I did! My son's hands are SO smooth and soft. The cracks and bleeding knuckles have gone away. He washes his hands just as often, but it seems that his hands just become more and more softer and the redness has gone away. It truly is incredible. We LOVE this product!!! Now the whole family uses it, not only my son. The scents are wonderful and the soap is creamy smooth. Thank you for developing this line. BUT, what happened to the InKind shampoo, body wash, etc??? And, now only one scent of the InKind soap is sold at our Pavilions and nearby Vons!! :-(  All I can find is one soap scent and a body lotion. Have all of the other products and scents been discontinued?? I asked my Pavilions store and they said that only the one soap scent is available. And, just recently, both Pavilions and Von's warehouses had been out of the product for quite a long time. Fortunately, I had stockpiled the soap and body wash for my son before the problem had happened. PLEASE tell me that the products aren't going away! Thank you!

My daughter and I have been using the In Kind Shampoo (green bottle), and we totally love the shampoo.

Big problem is we went to our local Vons, and they no longer are carrying the product.  Can you please tell me which stores I can find the shampoo in the west Los Angeles or Santa Monica California area?

GG, according to our research, each Santa Monica, CA store location carries our In Kind shampoo. If you are unable to find our product at any one of these locations, please feel free to speak with the Store Manager about including the product in their next shipment order.

The Tanasbourne Safeway in Hillsboro Oregon (185th & Cornell) stopped carrying all but the coconut In-Kind body wash more than 6 months ago.

If you go to the "Our Brands" section of the Safeway website, even though "In-Kind" is shown in the header graphic, it is not listed as a brand product. http://www.safeway.com/ShopStores/Our-Brands.page

I have fallen in love with the whole line of In-Kind products.  I recently picked up the anti-frizz cream, though, and now I can't find it in stores any more!  Has it been discontinued?  If so, please please consider bringing it back.  I've never found a hair product that gives me so much texture and hold in my hair.

http://www.safeway.com/ShopStores/Our-Brands.page no longer lists "In-Kind" as a Safeway brand.  I see comment after comment from people saying they can't find the products anymore.  Even though you are a marketing manager with these brands, you are not coming out and telling us that Safeway isn't continuing the product line.

It might be nice for you to see how many people ask for what isn't there, but it's a waste of time for us if it turns out you have dropped the product.

Stop the boilerplate asking for private communication and put it out here for everyone to see.  Do you still make and support the In-Kind line of products or not?  If so, which items?

I vacationed to Portland to visit family. I realized I left my body wash at home. I went to the Safeway down the street, picked some of this product because I had never seen it before, and I wanted to give kudos. (Now I'm back in Pennsylvania.) As the Safeway stores in my area all seem to vary with regard to availability of items, I'd like to know which other In-Kind products to search for or request. I LOVE the shampoo and conditioners, I've been using them for over a year now, and my hair has never been healthier.  I have very sensiitive skin, and recently paid a little closer attention to the skin care products on the shelf, and have really been wanting to give them a try!  Sounds like they have good feedback so far!!   YAY!!  Will In Kind have a website of their own eventually??

Where has this product been all my life?!  I started with the body wash... then to shampoo, and now planning to get everything else, I'm so impressed.  I've been waiting for an affordable line of products without the harmful/questionable ingredients.  The body wash is better on my small children's skin than even Aveeno Baby (which still contains sulfates & parabens - you'd think otherwise)!  I hope In Kind remains available always.  

The only constructive feedback I could give would be that the shape of the bottle makes the body soap awkward to handle when slippery.  I'm also looking forward to additional shampoo scents (fruity?).  I'm not a huge fan of the "warm sugar" scent, but it's still pleasant, and totally worth it!

I LOVE the In Kind products, especially the shampoo and body washes.  Unfortunately my Safeway does not stock these items.  I go to different Safeways and find maybe one of the items I want, but I can never find a full selection of In Kind products.  Can you tell me if there is a Safeway in the areas where I live and work (Olney Maryland, Falls Church Virginia, NW Washington DC) that stocks a full range of these products?  Even my "local" website store does not have all the products I want.

 Love the shampoo and conditioner. (I use the green bottles!)  I dye my hair and this is the first shampoo/conditioner I've found that doesn't strip out the color prematurely.  Hair is much softer and resilient than it would be normally, and looks so healthy.  I'm planning on trying the other In Kind products as well.
