Denver Green Chili

I had a business trip to Denver last week and discovered a new dish – Green Chili.  Have you had this?   All I can say is wow, I am hooked, and I am now on a quest for the recipe.  From what I could tell this soup-like chili is made from roasted green chiles, pork (sometimes), and some spices – it’s fiery, a little sweet and exceptionally fresh.   I’m not a fan of really spicy food but for some reason the heat level in this dish, while hot, was not so overpowering that I couldn’t taste what I was eating.  It’s served with flour tortillas which helped cut the heat a little, although it still took a good hour after I was finished for my lips to stop burning.  If you have a favorite recipe for this dish please share!

purchased Earths best organic infant formula with iron 25.75 oz ($32.49)-by mistake, and a 20 oz mountain dew between noon and three
april 14 on the way accross town- got the wrong formula tried to get refunded a few hours later the girl at the customer service desk scanned the formula and began initializing my reciept then stopped telling me she needed the ebt card i had used earlier unfortunately it was back in the wifes possesion- so today we returned with the formula and the reciept and the ebt card only to be told "it appeared the product had already been exchanged!" (publicly calling my wife and i thieves and liars while avoiding any kind of refund or credit and then "exchanging" for an amount less than i previously spent for two smallr formula containers and a gatorade
taking my origional reciept then acting harassed to give us the:
operator training reciept
4/16/09 12:01 2017 23 0040 5650
4/16/09 12:02 2017 23 0040 5650
where every item was listed as void on the reciept...
for a total of $31.27
$1.22 less than what i paid for the first formula, three trips to the store and gas and now several (3-4,)hours of our time-my time which usually is worth $20 an hour not to mention my wifes time and the cost of the daycare while we're supposed to be looking for employment-
oh, it was the store manager at the 3125 stockton hill  kingman  az store....
i'd normally say thanks here but i don't know what to say at this point, oh,
sincerely,

this dish is tremendously good and is one of my favorites. And is very easy to make, first you buy serrano chili if you don't want it too hot buy about 8 chilis and then get about 3 tomatillos wash them good and boil them untill the tomatillos get alitttle soft then add about a cup pf water in a blender then blend chillis and tomatillos together now buy pork stew and frie it untill is well cooked dont add to much oil and then when your done cooking the meat mix the chilli with your pork until chilli turns alittle brown you might wanna add some peeled potatoes that would be great your done . hope this was helpful dont forget to add garlic salt for your saltiness.
