I tried two bags of the classic wavy potato chips and their taste and cruchiness is below the average potato chips. Wish they can make them more cruchy and more tasty. I tried many other potato chips and this is far below the national brands such as Lay's, Sun Chips, Ruffles, Cheetos, etc. I would definitely not buy any more unless they do something about the chips. Thanks.

hi, I want to thank you for not using prok enzymes in your fire eaters. now i can finally eat something that tastes like hot cheetos. The only suggestion I have is that i think more people including me would buy them more often if they were a bit healthier, specifically without msg.

Hi Michelles, we're glad you are enjoying them! We'll be sure to inform our Corporate Brands Team of your suggestions. We appreciate your feedback!

Hello, I am obsessed with the Fire Eater chips by Snack Artist. I can't even eat a Cheeto anymore. My issue is.... are you discontinuing them? I can only find them in one of my local stores and I don't want to have to give up chips :smileysad:

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Lisa_Marie! We’d be happy to find out. Please email us at safewaysocialmedia@safeway.com with your local store location and we’ll research this product further.

This is one of the best and most interesting supermarket house brand launches I've ever seen.

Most house brands are labeled to mimic the national brands -- not Snack Artist.  I'd buy the bag just because of the design; the most pleasant surprise is that chips are good, too.

I'd say the other brands are going to have to step up their game.

Just a couple of thoughts: I've tried a bunch of Snack artist snacks and loved them all (except the ripple chips - great price, but they feel & taste greasier than the other brands). The snack mixes are ALL excellent. I loved the pretzel twists but I haven't seen them in the store in about a month- are they discontinued? I love the sesame seeds, too. I just wish they had fewer ingredients/preservatives. People are reading labels more & more - we want more products without extra junk added.

I am smitten with your chips, for several reasons. The resealable bag. The price, especially since they are frequently on sale, and I won't buy them when they aren't (it's hard, but I refuse to pay $3 for a less-than-1-lb bag of something I shouldn't be eating anyway). I like the levity- it's not often one can smile when buying groceries!

Now for the negative: they're too salty, but not as bad as some of the other brands. I try brushing and blowing off some of the salt, but it's stuck on there pretyy good.

I think it's ridiculous to sell 13 oz of something. Now you've come out with a 17oz bag- "Bowl Fight" for the same price, so I've been buying that and trying to like it as much. But my favorite is definitely Senorita Cornita. (Strictly the tortilla chips for me.)

So here are my suggestions:

1. Keep on making these!

2. Keep on having them on sale!

3. Put them all in 1 lb bags!

4. Cut the salt by - oh maybe- 30-50%.

Hi Zoe, we're happy to hear you love our Snack Artist chips as much as we do! We will be sure to share you feedback with our Corporate Brands Team for their review.

I recently purchased the Snack Artist Popcorn kernels. They were terrible. About 40-50% of them never popped and most were starting to burn before they started popping. I have been making popcorn with other kernels in the EXACT say way for years. Even generic brands have done a superior job.

We're sorry to hear that Tracy! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We'll be sure to share your comments with our Consumer Brands Department for their review.

Dear offcer

We (my family) like Snack artist's products , especially Honeywheat pretzel & Mixed Nuts, R. Peanuts.

But last some was very disappointed.  31oz R. Peanuts.

It's crispy but not only no taste, nothing nuts taste but also some was not fresh taste.

We'd try reroasted with brownsugar. but  same.

i asked store manager yesterday. He said to me  report or complain to S.A. depart.

Thanks.   J.J.

I am hooked on the Snack Artist puffed corn, however, my Safeway store is always completely out and the nearest other location is in Canada. Anywhere I can order them directly from? Thanks a lot
