Nothing is better than the day after Thanksgiving turkey sandwich! Usually we just replay the meal in between two slices of bread and consider ourselves done. This year though I found some easy, creative ideas on Safeway’s Leftover Lounge – Mediterranean Turkey Melt, Chili Turkey Wraps, BLT, and Brie & Cranberry – they all sound so good I’m tempted to make my own turkey so we have enough turkey to try them all!

Kate, if you were the one to post these terrific recipes for leftover turkey, then you get mega kudos from this family! I printed 5 recipes that sounded especially tasty and I can hardly wait to try them. This is the best after-Thanksgiving recipe collection I've ever seen. Thanks SO much!
