I recently placed an order with the 1-800 Safeway Floral Dept. and SPECIFICALLY requested two different arrangement to go to the same address, but to two different people, for TWO DIFFERENT occasions. 

THEY BOTH GOT THE SAME ARRANGEMENT!!!!!!!!!

What's up with THAT!
