I have specialized in Meat and Seafood for over 10 years of my almost 20 years in the grocery business. Originally from Maryland but now residing in California, I’ve been fortunate enough to be near great Seafood my whole life. Whether its east coast blue crab or fresh northwest shrimp meat, I enjoy sharing and trying everything that I’m exposed to in my current job as Marketing Director for the Safeway Seafood department. Father to a young son and lucky husband to a great wife, I’m excited to share my experiences with you!
