I am a wife and mother of 3, who happens to have been in the meat business for 26 years. I started as a meat wrapper and slowly worked my way up to department manager. Currently as Marketing Director for the Safeway Meat department, I am presented with new ideas and ways of cooking meat everyday. I was born in Mill Valley, California and soon moved north to Petaluma, home of farm fresh eggs and Clover milk. I am lucky to have been surrounded by good wholesome food my entire life. Some mothers like to braid bread or decorate cupcakes, but my passion happens to be trying new meat recipes and sharing them. I am excited to bring time savings ideas and meat cooking tips to you!
